Educational Posters
Timeline: 2025
Project Overview
We were requested to create a series of informational and educational wall posters that would communicate the work and technologies explored by XAG Labs, especially at the CEMS premises in Vizag. These posters are designed to help students, visitors and event attendees at CEMS understand intricate technologies and products in simple, layperson terms.

Issues Encountered
1. Readability: Because the posters are meant to be viewed from far away, we had to choose appropriate font types and sizes. The text needed to be large and clear so people could read it quickly without straining their eyes.
2. Information Density: People usually look at the posters while walking by, so the content had to be simple and easy to understand at a glance. We had to limit the amount of text and use large images and clear headings to make sure the message was quick to grasp.
3. Multiple Audiences: As a government Centre of Excellence that trains young minds, CEMS has both students and teachers as well as government officials visiting the premises regularly. Our approach had to address these varied viewers.
Solutions Adopted
1. Improved Readability
To make the posters easy to read from a distance, we used large, clear fonts and high-contrast colours. This helped important information stand out so people could read it quickly.
2. Simplified Content and Layout
We simplified both the text and the layout, focusing on lists and key terms, and keeping explanations simple wherever possible. We used large images, clear headings and tailored colour palettes to reflect each brand’s mood, making the visuals clean, consistent, and impactful.
3. Engaging Yet Educational
The posters were designed to be formal and also educational. They convey information in tones that are appropriate for experts as well as enthusiastic students keen to learn new things.
Technologies utilized

Client Response
The poster series for CEMS Visakhapatnam has been enthusiastically received, achieving its goal of communicating complex technologies to diverse audiences. The designs continue to spark enthusiastic engagement from the students, and have proven particularly effective as a strategic showcase for visitors.
The posters, with the LoRa project as a standout example, actively spark conversations and facilitate information exchange with visiting government officials and foreign dignitaries, affirming their role as both educational tools as well as diplomatic assets.
